The Zeiss T* multi-coating delivers excellent flare and ghost control. Alternative to the newer FE 16-35 f/2.8 GM (faster but heavier and pricier) and FE 16-35 f/4 G (newer refresh).

The GM is one stop faster (f/2.8) and optically more refined but significantly larger, heavier and more expensive. The f/4 ZA is compact, light, weather-sealed and more affordable - a practical everyday wide zoom for most photographers.
