YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement if goods are faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, customers purchasing online have a legal right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

CHANGE OF MIND (ONLINE ORDERS)

If you change your mind, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items.

To do this, please notify us by phone or email within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unopened and in a resaleable condition with original packaging.

Once we receive the returned goods, we will issue a refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

RETURNS PROCESS

To help us process your return efficiently, we ask that you contact us before returning items. We may issue a Returns Authorisation Number (RMA), which should be clearly written on the outside of the parcel.

Items may also be returned in person to our shop at the same address.

Please include proof of purchase with all returns. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

RETURN POSTAGE

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage costs.

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return postage costs.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email.

Where a fault is confirmed, you will be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement in line with your statutory rights.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items have the same statutory rights as full-price items.

For change-of-mind returns, sale items must meet the same conditions as outlined above.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns for the following unless they are faulty:

• Personalised or custom-made items
• Digital products once accessed or downloaded
• Sealed items that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health reasons once unsealed

This does not affect your statutory rights.

REFUND TIMING

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, whichever is sooner.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund after confirmation, please check with your bank or card provider, as processing times can vary.
