The details

Works with
- Canon RF-mount full-frame mirrorless (R, RP, R3, R5, R5 II, R6, R6 II, R8, R1)

Best for
A versatile affordable wide prime - fast enough for low-light, close-focus for macro-style detail shots (0.5x reproduction), and IS-stabilised for hand-held work. 35mm on RF full-frame is a classic documentary/street focal length; on RF APS-C (R7, R10, R50) it becomes a 56mm standard prime.
Frequently asked questions
Is it true 1:1 macro?
No - maximum magnification is 0.5x (half life-size). Good for detail shots and flowers but not true 1:1. For true 1:1 macro on RF consider the RF 85mm f/2 Macro IS STM or RF 100mm f/2.8L Macro IS USM (1.4x).
Does this lens have image stabilisation?
Yes - up to 5 stops.
Why buy from Bass & Bligh
Bought from a real shop, not a warehouse.

George P.Ordered a lens onlineA proper little treasure trove
3rd time I've been to this shop to treat myself to some new kit. Always very friendly and knowledgeable. Fairly priced too. I would highly recommend a visit if your nearby and looking for camera gear. I'd say if they don't have what your looking for, it's probably not possible to find anywhere. It's a proper little treasure trove.
Philip B.Third visit to the shopBrilliant advice with awesome customer service
