Am I already entered?
If you're subscribed to our emails on the day before a draw, yes. Every subscriber gets one entry into every draw automatically.
When are the draws?
15 December, 15 March, 15 June and 15 September. We email the winner within 7 days of each draw.
What can I spend the voucher on?
Any pre-owned camera, lens, binoculars or accessory, in our Harrogate shop or online. The voucher is valid for 12 months and you can put it towards something that costs more than £100.
Can I enter without joining the email list?
Yes. Email enquiries@bassandbligh.com with the subject "Prize draw" before the draw date for one entry into that draw.
What if I unsubscribe?
You can unsubscribe any time from the link in every email. You just won't be entered into future draws.
Prize draw terms
- Promoter: Bass & Bligh, 6 Beulah Street, Harrogate, HG1 1QQ.
- Prize: one £100 Bass & Bligh used-gear voucher per draw, redeemable against pre-owned items in our shop or at bassandbligh.com. Valid for 12 months from issue. No cash alternative; not transferable. It can be used towards an item costing more than £100, with the balance paid in the normal way.
- Draw dates: 15 December 2026, then 15 March, 15 June and 15 September each year until the promotion is withdrawn. Any change to or end of the promotion will be shown on this page in advance.
- Who can enter: UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with the draw cannot enter.
- How to enter: subscribe to the Bass & Bligh email list. It's free and no purchase is necessary: sign up on our website, by scanning the QR code in our shop, or by ticking the box at checkout. Everyone subscribed at 23:59 on the day before a draw date is entered once into that draw. If you unsubscribe, you won't be entered into future draws. You can also enter any draw without joining our list by emailing enquiries@bassandbligh.com with the subject "Prize draw" before 23:59 on the day before the draw date. One entry per person per draw, however you enter; entries using duplicate, fake or automated email addresses are excluded.
- Choosing the winner: the winner is selected at random from all eligible entries on the draw date, using a computer-generated random selection.
- Telling the winner: we'll email the winner within 7 days of the draw. If we don't hear back within 28 days, we may draw another winner. The voucher is sent by email or can be collected in our shop.
- Winner details: the winner's first name and county are available on request from enquiries@bassandbligh.com. With the winner's agreement, we may share their first name and town in our emails and on social media.
- Your data: we use entrants' details to run the draw and to send the emails they signed up for, as described in our Privacy policy.
- General: the Promoter's decision on the draw is final. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
