About this lens
The Olympus M.Zuiko Digital ED 12mm f/2.0 is a fast wide-angle prime for Micro Four Thirds (MFT) mirrorless. At 12mm on MFT it gives a 24mm full-frame equivalent - classic wide-angle territory for landscape, architecture and environmental work. All-metal build with a Snapshot Focus manual-focus clutch.

No in-lens IS - MFT bodies with IBIS (most Olympus/OM System and Panasonic GX/G bodies) stabilise it via sensor-shift.
What is the Snapshot Focus clutch?
Pull the focus ring back and it reveals a distance scale, engaging manual focus at a preset distance. Useful for street photography where you want a specific focus distance locked in for fast, deliberate shooting.
