Best for
A versatile full-frame K-mount standard zoom - covers wide-to-short-telephoto on K-1/K-1 II and becomes a 42-157mm equivalent on APS-C bodies. Older design but sharp and reliable; screw-drive AF works on every Pentax K-mount DSLR since every Pentax K-mount body has a built-in AF motor.
Frequently asked questions
Does this lens autofocus on Pentax DSLRs?
Yes. Pentax K-mount DSLR bodies all have a built-in AF motor that drives screw-drive AF lenses, so this works on every K-mount body.
Does this lens have image stabilisation?
Not in the lens itself. Pentax DSLR bodies have in-body Shake Reduction (SR), which stabilises all lenses you mount, including this one.
Why buy from Bass & Bligh
Bought from a real shop, not a warehouse.
Dispatched on the Monday… great service

George P.Ordered a lens onlineA proper little treasure trove
3rd time I've been to this shop to treat myself to some new kit. Always very friendly and knowledgeable. Fairly priced too. I would highly recommend a visit if your nearby and looking for camera gear. I'd say if they don't have what your looking for, it's probably not possible to find anywhere. It's a proper little treasure trove.
