At a glance: The Zeiss Secacam 7 is the top model in the Secacam range, a 4G trail camera with a 5MP sensor, weather-ready build and 32GB of internal memory.
About this camera
The Zeiss Secacam 7 is the highest-specification camera in the Secacam range. It has a 5MP sensor (up to 12MP interpolated), sends 1920 x 1440 images and video to the Zeiss Secacam app over 4G, and saves to 32GB of internal memory, so no SD card is needed.
The lens is fixed independently of the front flap, so you can check framing on the 2.4-inch display and aim accurately. It is built for harsh weather, the battery compartment is removable, and the 60-LED black IR flash covers about 25 metres. The app service plan is separate from the camera price. Choose it over the Secacam 1 or 3 for the larger 5MP picture and weather-ready build.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a subscription for the Zeiss Secacam 7?
The camera sends photos and video through the Zeiss Secacam app, and the app service plan is separate from the price of the camera. Check the current plan options on the Zeiss site before you buy so you know the running cost.
Does the Secacam 7 take an SD card?
No. It has 32GB of internal memory rather than an SD card slot, so it is ready to use once the batteries are in.
What is the difference between the Secacam 7 and the Secacam 5?
The Secacam 7 stores to 32GB internal memory and has a weather-ready build with a removable battery compartment. The Secacam 5 is smaller and lighter at 320 g and uses a pre-installed SD card. Both have a 5MP sensor and 4G.
Will it work in the UK without roaming charges?
The Secacam range uses a multi-roaming SIM and Zeiss lists the Secacam 5 as usable in 35 countries including the UK without roaming fees. Confirm coverage and plan terms with Zeiss before you buy.
Why buy from Bass & Bligh
Bought from a real shop, not a warehouse.

George P.Ordered a lens onlineA proper little treasure trove
3rd time I've been to this shop to treat myself to some new kit. Always very friendly and knowledgeable. Fairly priced too. I would highly recommend a visit if your nearby and looking for camera gear. I'd say if they don't have what your looking for, it's probably not possible to find anywhere. It's a proper little treasure trove.
Philip B.Third visit to the shopBrilliant advice with awesome customer service
Sure you can buy online and possibly save a few pounds.. but if you require and appreciate knowledge and brilliant advice with awesome customer service then it's a no brainer...This is a real camera shop like it used to be back int day..
