Best for
A serious superzoom - 60x gives 20-1200mm-equivalent reach, useful for wildlife and long-distance observation in a single camera. Small 1/2.3" sensor limits ultimate image quality but the zoom range is genuinely hard to match with interchangeable-lens systems affordably.
Frequently asked questions
How does 1200mm equivalent work?
The fixed lens covers 4.3-258mm actual focal length on a 1/2.3" sensor; crop factor (~4.6x) makes the effective field of view equivalent to a 20-1200mm full-frame lens. For wildlife reach, 1200mm equivalent is genuinely competitive with big super-telephoto DSLR setups.
Why buy from Bass & Bligh
Bought from a real shop, not a warehouse.

George P.Ordered a lens onlineA proper little treasure trove
3rd time I've been to this shop to treat myself to some new kit. Always very friendly and knowledgeable. Fairly priced too. I would highly recommend a visit if your nearby and looking for camera gear. I'd say if they don't have what your looking for, it's probably not possible to find anywhere. It's a proper little treasure trove.
Philip B.Third visit to the shopBrilliant advice with awesome customer service
