Best for
A popular Opticron travel scope - the MM3 series is widely liked for its combination of optical quality and portability. The straight-through body is preferred by some for ease of sighting along the scope (like a rifle scope), as opposed to angled bodies. The HR3 15-45x eyepiece gives flexible magnification. 'GA' (Green Armour) is Opticron's rubber-coated outdoor-grade build.
Frequently asked questions
Straight vs angled body - which is better?
Personal preference. Straight bodies are easier to point at known subjects (like sighting a rifle) and better for observing from standing or driving positions. Angled bodies are more ergonomic for extended seated use and tripod work, and easier to share between multiple observers of different heights.
Why buy from Bass & Bligh
Bought from a real shop, not a warehouse.
Dispatched on the Monday… great service

George P.Ordered a lens onlineA proper little treasure trove
3rd time I've been to this shop to treat myself to some new kit. Always very friendly and knowledgeable. Fairly priced too. I would highly recommend a visit if your nearby and looking for camera gear. I'd say if they don't have what your looking for, it's probably not possible to find anywhere. It's a proper little treasure trove.
Philip B.Third visit to the shopBrilliant advice with awesome customer service
