The Opticron HR (High Resolution) fixed-magnification eyepiece delivers wide-angle views with outstanding edge-to-edge sharpness. The magnification depends on your scope's objective diameter - 20x wide-angle on 50mm scopes, 25xWA on 60/62mm, or 30xWA on 77/80mm bodies.

Wide-angle eyepieces provide a larger apparent field of view than standard eyepieces, making it easier to locate and follow moving subjects. The HR optical design maintains resolution right to the edge of the field - critical for birders who need to identify species at distance.

Compatible with all Opticron SDL, IS, and MM-series spotting scopes and travelscopes using the standard bayonet mount. A significant upgrade from kit eyepieces for serious field observation.
