At a glance: Energizer CR2 lithium batteries are 3V photo cells for compact cameras and other devices, with up to 10 years shelf life, supplied in a pack of two.
About this accessory
The Energizer CR2 is a 3V lithium photo battery sold in a pack of two. Equivalent codes include DLCR2, CR15H270 and KCR2. Energizer rates it for a shelf life of up to 10 years.
CR2 cells are a common choice for compact film and digital cameras, rangefinders and similar devices because they hold their output well and last in storage. They are single-use, not rechargeable. Check your camera manual to confirm the battery type, as CR2 and CR123A look similar but are different sizes.

Best for
Compact film cameras, rangefinders and other small devices that use CR2. A good spare pair to keep in a camera bag for travel, given the long shelf life. Match the CR2 code on your old battery first.
Frequently asked questions
Is CR2 the same as CR123A?
No. They are both 3V lithium cells but different sizes, so one will not fit a device made for the other.
Can I recharge CR2 batteries?
No. These are single-use lithium cells.
How long do they keep in storage?
Energizer quotes up to 10 years shelf life.
What equivalent codes does it match?
Energizer lists DLCR2, CR15H270 and KCR2.
Why buy from Bass & Bligh
Bought from a real shop, not a warehouse.

George P.Ordered a lens onlineA proper little treasure trove
3rd time I've been to this shop to treat myself to some new kit. Always very friendly and knowledgeable. Fairly priced too. I would highly recommend a visit if your nearby and looking for camera gear. I'd say if they don't have what your looking for, it's probably not possible to find anywhere. It's a proper little treasure trove.
Philip B.Third visit to the shopBrilliant advice with awesome customer service
