At a glance: The Delkin DDREADER-61 is a compact SD and microSD card reader with both USB Type-A and Type-C plugs, so it needs no adapter for laptops or phones.
About this accessory
The Delkin DDREADER-61 is a dual slot card reader with one SD and one microSD slot, both UHS-I. It has two connectors, USB Type-A and Type-C, both USB 3.1 at 5Gbps. It measures 82 x 20 x 11mm and works with Windows and Mac.
The two plugs mean you can use it directly with a laptop that has USB-A or USB-C, or with a tablet or phone that has USB-C, with no adapter. Each connector has a removable end cap. It is a good travel reader for anyone who swaps between SD and microSD cards from cameras, drones and action cameras.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an adapter for a USB-C laptop?
No. The reader has both USB Type-A and Type-C plugs built in.
Does it read UHS-II cards?
The slots are UHS-I, so a UHS-II card will read at UHS-I speed.
Can I read an SD and a microSD card together?
The reader has one slot of each type. Delkin's listing does not say whether both can be read at the same time.
How is it different from the DDREADER-55?
The DDREADER-61 has both USB-A and USB-C plugs built in. The DDREADER-55 has a retractable USB-A plug and comes with a USB-C adapter cable.
Why buy from Bass & Bligh
Bought from a real shop, not a warehouse.

George P.Ordered a lens onlineA proper little treasure trove
3rd time I've been to this shop to treat myself to some new kit. Always very friendly and knowledgeable. Fairly priced too. I would highly recommend a visit if your nearby and looking for camera gear. I'd say if they don't have what your looking for, it's probably not possible to find anywhere. It's a proper little treasure trove.
Philip B.Third visit to the shopBrilliant advice with awesome customer service
