A classic accessory for Rollei TLR medium-format cameras (Rolleiflex, Rolleicord) - medium yellow filter darkens blue sky in black-and-white photography, making clouds more visible. The Bay III bayonet is Rollei's proprietary filter fitment for TLR cameras with f/2.8 lenses (Planar, Xenotar). Not compatible with screw-in filter threads.

What's Bay III?
Bay III is the largest Rollei bayonet filter fitment - used on Rolleiflex 2.8 series cameras with the f/2.8 Planar or Xenotar lenses. Smaller Bay I (f/3.5 TLRs) and Bay II (Tessar/Xenar f/2.8) are incompatible. Rollei TLRs use bayonet-style filter mounting rather than screw-in threads.
