As a DSLR it uses an optical viewfinder rather than an electronic one, so there is no blackout-free EVF or in-body stabilisation, but it offers long battery life and a huge native lens range. It takes Nikon F-mount lenses; owners moving to Nikon Z mirrorless later can keep using those lenses via the FTZ adapter.
