Best for
One of the most widely-recommended full-frame DSLRs Nikon has made - enthusiast-approachable price, pro-level AF and weather sealing, a tilting screen for low/high-angle work. The 24-85mm kit lens is a practical everyday walkabout FX zoom with VR stabilisation. Together a ready-to-use pro/enthusiast full-frame kit.
Frequently asked questions
Is the D750 still a good camera today?
Yes - the 24MP FX sensor has excellent dynamic range, the AF system is still very capable, weather sealing holds up, and it works with every Nikon F-mount lens. For stills-first work it remains competitive. The D780 (newer) adds DSLR-mirrorless hybrid features; the Z6/Z6 II are the mirrorless successors.
