About this lens
The Nikon D60 is Nikon's 2008 entry-level APS-C DSLR - 10.2MP CCD sensor, successor to the D40x. Like the D40/D40x, the D60 has no in-body AF motor. Bundled here with the AF-S 18-55mm VR kit zoom, 'Boxed' meaning it's in original packaging.

Best for
A step up from the D40 with a higher-resolution CCD sensor (10.2MP vs 6.1MP) but otherwise similar feature set. No video, basic AF, but the CCD sensor has distinctive colour character. The 18-55mm VR kit lens was Nikon's first stabilised DX kit - a useful addition on a body with no high-ISO performance to lean on.
