The details

Best for
This lens suits Fujifilm X-mount photographers who want a versatile everyday zoom that outperforms a basic kit lens, covering wide-angle through short telephoto for travel, street, portraits and general use. Fujifilm X-mount cameras use an APS-C sensor with a 1.5x crop factor, so the 18-55mm range gives an effective field of view of roughly 27-84mm in full-frame terms. It fits all Fujifilm X-mount APS-C bodies.
Frequently asked questions
Is this the same as a normal kit lens?
No. It shares the standard zoom range but has a brighter f/2.8-4 aperture, a metal barrel and optical stabilisation, making it noticeably better built and higher performing than a basic kit zoom.
Does it have image stabilisation?
Yes. It features Fujifilm's OIS (Optical Image Stabilisation), which helps steady handheld shots in lower light and at slower shutter speeds.
Will it fit my Fujifilm camera?
It fits all Fujifilm X-mount APS-C cameras. On these bodies the 1.5x crop gives an effective field of view of about 27-84mm.
Does this lens have image stabilisation?
Yes — OIS.
Why buy from Bass & Bligh
Bought from a real shop, not a warehouse.

George P.Ordered a lens onlineA proper little treasure trove
3rd time I've been to this shop to treat myself to some new kit. Always very friendly and knowledgeable. Fairly priced too. I would highly recommend a visit if your nearby and looking for camera gear. I'd say if they don't have what your looking for, it's probably not possible to find anywhere. It's a proper little treasure trove.
Philip B.Third visit to the shopBrilliant advice with awesome customer service
