A strong all-round kit for wildlife, sport, family and travel - the tracking autofocus inherited from Canon's higher-end bodies is the standout feature at this level. On the current RF mount, so it has a clear upgrade path to full-frame RF bodies and lenses. The R10 has no in-body stabilisation, relying on lens IS instead.

Does the R10 have in-body stabilisation?
No - the R10 relies on optical stabilisation in the lens. The supplied RF-S 18-150mm is stabilised, so in practice most shooting is covered, but handheld video is smoother on bodies with IBIS such as the R7.
Can I use it with full-frame RF lenses?
Yes, any RF lens mounts and works normally, with the APS-C sensor applying a 1.6x crop to the field of view. That crop is often welcome for wildlife, effectively extending your reach.
