The details
At a glance: Bronica SQ-J 120 (6x4.5) Film Back - 6x4.5 format back for Bronica SQ medium-format system.
About this camera
The Bronica SQ-J 120 (6X4.5) Film Back is a film back accessory for Bronica's SQ-series medium-format camera system - the SQ-J variant captures 6x4.5cm frames (15 exposures per 120 roll) instead of the standard 6x6 (12 per roll). For photographers who want more images per roll or a less-square aspect ratio.

Best for
A Bronica SQ system accessory - swaps onto Bronica SQ bodies in place of the standard 6x6 back. The 6x4.5 format gives you 15 exposures per roll of 120 (vs 12 for 6x6) and a rectangular aspect ratio closer to 35mm. Useful as a secondary back for deliberate aspect-ratio choice mid-roll.
Frequently asked questions
Why would I want a 6x4.5 back instead of 6x6?
Two reasons: more exposures per roll (15 vs 12), and a different aspect ratio (roughly 4:3 vs square 1:1) that's closer to traditional print proportions. Useful for situations where you want more frames, or naturally rectangular compositions.
Why buy from Bass & Bligh
Bought from a real shop, not a warehouse.

George P.Ordered a lens onlineA proper little treasure trove
3rd time I've been to this shop to treat myself to some new kit. Always very friendly and knowledgeable. Fairly priced too. I would highly recommend a visit if your nearby and looking for camera gear. I'd say if they don't have what your looking for, it's probably not possible to find anywhere. It's a proper little treasure trove.
