Sony Cyber-Shot RX100 VIIA Digital Camera Expanded Key Features:

A new sensor for the newest member of the RX100 family

Thanks to a new 1.0-type stacked Exmor RS CMOS sensor, as well as the latest BIONZ X processor, the RX100 VIIA delivers performance on par with Sony's flagship A9 mirrorless camera.

Designed to hold its own in all shooting situations

The powerful 24-200mm f/2.8-4.5 Zeiss Vario-Tessar fixed lens offers flexibility for various shooting scenarios, making it suitable for both amateurs and professionals.

World-leading AF performance

With 357 focal-plane phase-detection points and 425 contrast-detection AF points, the RX100 VIIA achieves ultra-fast AF speeds of just 0.02 seconds, thanks to optimised lens drive control.

Taking the RX100 to new levels

The RX100 VIIA features blackout-free shooting for continuous live view even at 20fps. The new Single Burst Shooting mode captures high-speed action at up to 90fps, delivering 7 still images in JPEG/RAW format, so users can select the perfect moment.

Real-Time Tracking and Eye AF

For the first time, Sony includes Real-time Tracking and Real-time Eye AF in a compact camera. These features use AI-based object recognition to deliver precise and reliable autofocus, even when selecting focus via the camera's touch panel.

Compact and Lightweight

  • A proper little treasure trove

3rd time I've been to this shop to treat myself to some new kit. Always very friendly and knowledgeable. Fairly priced too. I would highly recommend a visit if your nearby and looking for camera gear. I'd say if they don't have what your looking for, it's probably not possible to find anywhere. It's a proper little treasure trove.
