Exceptional Image Quality and Performance
Equipped with a 20.9MP DX-format CMOS sensor, the Z50II delivers crisp image quality and smooth colour transitions, even in low light. The EXPEED 7 processor, inherited from Nikon's flagship models, supports high-speed continuous shooting at up to 30 fps and provides AI-powered autofocus for superior accuracy. With an ISO range of 100-51200 (expandable up to 204800), this camera excels in a variety of lighting conditions.

Nikon's Advanced Autofocus Technology
The Z50II incorporates advanced autofocus algorithms and deep learning technology from the Z9, including sophisticated subject detection for nine different types, from humans and animals to planes and bicycles. Eye-Detection AF has been refined for better accuracy, and dedicated Bird Detection mode ensures sharp focus on avian subjects. In Auto-Area AF mode, the camera automatically detects, focuses, and tracks subjects across the frame.

Pre-Release Capture for Timely Shots
With the EXPEED 7 processor, the Z50II introduces Pre-Release Capture, a feature that captures up to one second of frames before you fully press the shutter, helping you capture the decisive moment effortlessly.

4K Video Recording and Live Streaming
The Z50II enhances your video capabilities with UHD 4K recording at up to 60 fps, Full HD at up to 120 fps, and additional features like Product Review mode, two-hour recording limits, video self-timer, and electronic Vibration Reduction. It also supports in-camera 4K time-lapse creation. For live streaming, the Z50II is UAC and UAV compliant, and you can record in 10-bit with Nikon's N-Log LUT and RED LUTs for richer colours and detail.

Creative Colour Control for Personalised Looks
The Z50II includes a dedicated Picture Control button with 31 built-in presets, which can be previewed in real-time on the rear LCD. Nikon's Creator Recipes and one-year access to Cloud Picture Controls allow further customisation and integration with Nikon's professional editing tools.
