The details
Meet the latest offering from Ilford, the Ilford Pixie 35-II film camera, a more sophisticated successor of the famous Sprite 35mm-II. The Pixie 35-II is designed for both eco-conscious analogue enthusiasts looking to dive into the world of film and seasoned photographers looking for an affordable, experimental camera.
It’s lightweight, stylish build makes it an easy pocket-sized camera to travel with, and here’s what makes it stand out from normal point-and-shoot film cameras:
- The secret pinhole mode is easily accessible by removing the 32mm fixed-focus Gakken lens, making it the perfect experimental film camera.
- Unlike fixed-aperture competitors, the Pixie 35-II offers three selectable settings: f/6.4, f/16, and f/100.
- Equipped with a Bulb mode and a standard tripod mount, the camera is capable of long-exposure photography.
- The inclusion of a half-frame adapter is a major selling point. It allows users to switch between standard 35mm and half-frame formats, maximizing a standard roll from 36 exposures to 72 exposures.
Why buy from Bass & Bligh
Bought from a real shop, not a warehouse.

George P.Ordered a lens onlineA proper little treasure trove
3rd time I've been to this shop to treat myself to some new kit. Always very friendly and knowledgeable. Fairly priced too. I would highly recommend a visit if your nearby and looking for camera gear. I'd say if they don't have what your looking for, it's probably not possible to find anywhere. It's a proper little treasure trove.
Philip B.Third visit to the shopBrilliant advice with awesome customer service
Sure you can buy online and possibly save a few pounds.. but if you require and appreciate knowledge and brilliant advice with awesome customer service then it's a no brainer...This is a real camera shop like it used to be back int day..
